Description: It is an enzymatic digest of Bovine Meat of Indian origin. Semi-solid paste with characteristic proteinous odour.
Application: Source of organic nitrogen recommended in Nutraceutical Formulations, Analytical microbiology, Diagnostics, Laboratory Reagent and Industrial fermentation.
