Product Description

The different functions of beta-glucanase:

• Reduce wort viscosity enzyme
• Filteration enzyme

Application:

It hydrolyzes the 1,3-glycosidic bonds found in beta-glucans in cell walls. For reducing the viscosity of barley, wheat, rice, rye, and malt other cereal grains, which have high -glucan contains.

A Beta-Glucanase enzyme preparation used to reduce wort viscosity and to improve solid/liquid separation for filtration and lautering purpose.
